Are you ready to discover some surprising ways you can increase your happiness?

This quiz can give you clarity about areas of your life you’d like to improve. Knowing about these areas can provide nudges to help you make every day better and better. You’ll get a beneficial look at who you are and what your strengths are.

When you’ve completed the quiz, you can delve into your answers and choose several areas of your life you would like to start revising.

Here’s how to do it:

  • Read the following 30 statements and pay attention to the feelings each one brings up.

Look at your issues and decide how well you’re doing.

Consider which areas of your life you’d like to improve.

For further self-support, you can do a 30 day project.

Choose one issue per day and see what improvements you’d like to make.

Suggestion: Get a journal and keep track of your ideas about how you might change your life.

If you use your intuition, you’ll be able to come up with good solutions.
