Being happy affects your mind, feelings, and emotions. Your mental and emotional energies have a direct and powerful impact on your body.

Our hurried, harried world creates a lot of stress. It’s important to know that science has proven stress to be our biggest cause of illness.

Your mind, emotions, and body are interwoven. Feeling happy emotionally is an important way to help your body to experience happiness and to be healthy.

At the physical level, do you have habits that make it difficult for your body to avoid being glutted with toxins? If so, your body is not happy because of the toxins it has to deal with.  

Your Marvelous, Complex Body

Science has pointed out that you constantly have thousands of chemical reactions occurring in your body.

Fortunately, your positive emotions, beliefs, and feelings produce chemical reactions that can strongly support your happiness.

Your body is your most important home. Your body is where you live all the time. In the overall picture, your home includes your friends and family.

Your body is in a way your essential personal family. It needs your love and attention.

  • What beneficial habits do you have that help your body?
  • How much did you consider effects on your body when you chose your career?
  • How much love and appreciation do you give your body?

With a happy body, happy cells, happy mind, happy emotions, you are all one big happy package.

However, maybe you’re in an unhappy package sometimes. It’s within your power to switch roads. You are in charge.

It’s up to you to initiate positive action. With commitment, you can take care of any hassles in your life that are negatively affecting your mind and your body.

If your body isn’t happy, it’s more difficult for you to feel happy.
