Try these ideas to get you started thinking about ways to exercise.

  • You can do eye exercises to improve vision, and simple arm exercises while sitting at your computer.
  • You can go for a short walk around your neighborhood, or even walk around within your house. To make these short walks effective, you can just do a slew of creative movements with your legs and arms.
  • You can use a stretch band to build muscle strength in your arms.
